The hotel's name finds its origins in the marine biologist George Parker Bidder, who at the end of the 19th century bought the structure in which he used to stay, to make it the most preferred destination by North European tourists.
Since the 50s, the structure has maintained its splendor thanks to the Avallone Family, which recently underwent a new and strong renovation of the hotel's rooms and upper floors, which host a wonderful roof overlooking the Bay of Naples, the breakfast room overview and the brand new George; a gourmet restaurant with an open kitchen and luxurious furnishings.
The new renovation project combines the values of tradition with contemporary architecture and design; making the Grand Hotel Parker's a place with a refined welcome, where the breath of history and the experience of the illustrious guests who have stayed there and the expression of contemporary living can be read.
79 rooms between Classic and Superior hill side, Deluxe, Executive, Comfort, Junior suite and Suite on the sea side.
In particular, the new product expresses all its innovation in the Comfort rooms, which feature two queen size beds.
7 meeting rooms with natural light and the most sophisticated technical equipment.
On the Lobby floor, the Bar & Bistrot Specchi, a versatile space useful for easy lunch, evening aperitif and after dinner.
