Developed on a previous industrial estate in the East area of Milan, the East End Studios are among the most important and requested Events Point by media, fashion, design, and show business world. The name evokes an international and British mood, confirmed by the appearance of the citadel with red bricks, reminding the London Docks. Born from the idea of converting in places for events some buildings, which hosted the old airplanes’ factory “Caproni di Taliedo” in the early ‘900s, they make part of an area of the city that today is one of the most suggestive and trendy of the Milanese urban fabric.
Located at a few minutes from the Linate city airport and at 5 minutes by taxi from the Milano-Rogoredo high-speed train station, the East End Studios take shape of multipurpose rooms, which are able to host solutions and set up of every kind: exhibitions, business conferences, dinner and cocktail parties, and fashion shows, launches of products, tv-show and set designs, photo shoots and advertising spots.

Versatile and multifaceted
Thanks to their total surface area of 10 thousand square meters and to the extreme versatility of setup of their rooms, the East End Studios offer a suggestive bond of industrial archaeology and modernity and they charm with their unique appearance, composed by exposed brick walls, steel beams, colored pipes, crystal lift and 3 to 13 meters high shed ceilings.
The Studios are composed by a lot of locations with private entrances; their proximity gives a chance to articulate a single event in more than one room or to host more events at once. Every location is characterized by large lengths, architectural details such as iron girder, knitted structures and hooks on the ceilings structured to hang American rings and complex technological and scenic equipment which also make possible to realize very emotional and special events. The spacious yards facilitate the access and the passage of technical instruments and transportation for loading and unloading of the exhibitions; they offer the possibility to rent the parking for guests, too. If requested, you can dispose of the East End Studios staff to setup the exhibitions and to service at the events, to carry out custom-made scenic designs and to rent some furniture, offering an effective support either for your last-minute needs either for “turnkey” solutions.

A tour of the East End Studios
There are four places available, each one with different functional characteristics, beginning with the Spazio Antologico (Anthological Room) that holds the entire charm of the postindustrial location in 1800 square meters: red exposed bricks, iron girder and shed ceiling are combined masterly with architectural elements of design, crystal lift and carrying light beams, which create a rich setting with suggestive atmospheres. The Studio 90, composed by 4400 square meters, divided in 300 to 1600 square meters areas, can accommodate any kind of event, from exhibitions to launches of new products, to an elegant dinner gala. Equipped with functional hooks on the ceiling to facilitate the hooking of scenic designs and technical installations, Spazio Litometalli (Litometalli Room), 1300 square meter and 9 meters of height, is a new location that can work in total autonomy or can host events with another area. Adjacent and adjoining to the Spazio Litometalli there’s a wonderful loft, the Spazio Luce (Room of Light), which is composed by a series of diversified, but adjoining, areas and by a little open-aired yard. The Spazio Luce hosted sets of famous reality shows and it is characterized by red exposed bricks and daylight, by an upper level with two rooms and an inner balcony facing the underlying room.
